1 All matches will be played according to the Rules and Regulations of the I.T.T.A.Ltd.
2 Closing date for entries is Tuesday 29th March 2005
3 All competitors must be affiliated.
4 Players will be scratched if not present and ready to play when called upon.
5 The draw will be seeded in all events which will be the best of five sets. 3 sets for U10's and All Plate matches
6 The decision of the Honarary Referee will be final in all cases of dispute.
7 Players who enter a number of different events and are successful in them must accept that they may be asked to play without rest
8 Players should be aware that random Drug Testing could take place and to make themselves available upon request.
9 Entries will only be accepted on this form
10 Late entries will be not be accepted
11 If in exceptional circumstances a late entry is accepted, the player in question may not be drawn according to the prevailing ranking list

13 Cheques to be made payable to the "West Cork Table Tennis Assoc" and crossed. DO NOT send cash in the post.
14 Coaching between sets will not be allowed for U10's and U12's
15 U10's can enter U12's, U12's can enter U14's, U14's can enter U17's, ONLY final year U17's can enter U19's.
